Original video stream at livestream.com had several audio drops causing the video to skip/fastforward (or mute, depending on player) to catch up to the next point that audio played. I set out to fix this and ended up taking the 256k radio stream archive from kexp.org and muxed that with the video from their livestream.com broadcast.


256k radio stream ripped to WAV to trim down -> WAV to 320k AAC M4A for MP4 container (spectrogram looked almost identical)
trimmed video in AVI Demux -> muxed audio/video to MP4 container
