Notes:

The original transport stream (.TS) video file was downloaded from TourGigs' server and encoded to H.264 MP4 using Handbrake set to High profile for format convenience. Audio set to AC3 Passthru and not re-encoded.

There is a glitch in the video at around the 26:06 mark in which the end of 2x2 jumps right into the next song (Visions) and the video freezes for a few seconds. This was present on the original file downloaded from TourGigs and couldn't be fixed. Two or three minutes are missing at the most.
