Recorded this myself around that time, unfortunately my VHS recorder at that time was mono, so this video has a 2 channel mono audio.

Lineage:

TDK VHS tape - Sharp VHS recorder (SP mode) - Toshiba VHS player - Panasonic DVD recorder(XP mode)
Resultant Video Demuxed and re-authored (no re-encoding) to provide a (very) basic menu and chapters.

Format: NSTC

The info I have been able to find states that it was filmed on Jan 14, 1984 but that may be the broadcast date.
As far as I know this recording has not been officially released.
