Ron Carter Trio Jazzwoche Burghausen 2006 HDTV XviD AC3 torrent

Although "pure Jazz" is not really my thing, I appreciate that others may feel very differently about it and, as well, creating this AVI gave me yet another opportunity to work on my deinterlacing technique.

In fact this one was a little bit too easy and I hardly had to do anything to get it all nice and perfect just like the original (interlaced) MP2 looks when rendered in an interlaced manner. Better in fact because typically you'll still see scan lines when the video is rendered interlaced (for reasons unknown to me!).

I am particularly happy with this result because shows quite clearly that high definition is not exclusively the province of Advanced Video Codec (H264). This video is as high in definition (on my system mind you) as anything else I've ever seen and in every respect; image clarity, color depth / vibrancy, smoothness of gradients, lack of blocking and in particular the sharpness of motion at high speeds which is often problematic with AVC (but nothing compared with the main AVC problem: lack of a decent freeware encoder).
