That's Not Good Enough

One Piece of advice given, in his 'Credit Sharks in Suits' video, Dave makes mention of negotiating pennies on the dollar with creditors within 30 days after a judgement has been ruled, however, (according to the gentlemen who led the class) once that gavel hits, they have you. The best time to negotiate for pennies on the dollar is just before you go to court.
