The Official release name is Zeitgeist - The Movie.

What's difference?

Well, in movies it is acceptable to quote for example Edgar Allen Poe "Sleep, those little slices of death how I loath them" when setting the stage for Freddie Kruegar, in a documentary it's not since Edgar Allen Poe wasn't talking about Freddie when he wrote those lines.

Sacrificing accuracy for impact is allowed in movies not in documentaries.

This movie poses some very interesting questions and argues its point very well, it's a very well made professional piece using a good sense of timing (apart from the slow moving start that seems to drag on too long) as well as some clever editing/film-making techniques to win over viewers.

My advice,

1. Keep your mind and heart open

2. Don't take this movie as gospel, do your own research.

3 Come to your own conclusions - generate your own Zeitgeist (spirit of our times), after all that is the true lesson to be gleaned from this work.
