Fixed candies only giving movement increases and not the other stim effects.

Fixed some Drill Platform drops not being able to be picked up. (Some elemental Essences)
Fixed an issue that sometimes caused newly created base items not to get saved
Added failsafe protections against player save data getting zero'd during server crashes
Fixed vehicles sometimes appearing to be where they are not. (which is same issue with them falling through bases until you hit them)
Fixed issues allowing projectile weapons to sometimes be able to be fired through walls
Fixed switching GearSets setting your HP to the Default HP amount and not keeping your current amount.
