2. Open the Extracted folder then move all the 7 files to where your
already have installed a copy of Medal of Honor Allied Assault
on your PC and then run Setup_spearhead.bat
NOTE: This expansion pack will only work/install if you already
have a copy of Medal of Honor Allied Assault installed on your PC.
3. Wait for installation to complete (10 min Approx)
NOTE: Do not close any command line window which will popup while setup is working.
4. Run the game from Desktop or from moh_spearhead.exe

This is full game with all Music,Audio,Videos

If you have any problem with setup give as much details as you can about the problem.
