The Tubes are a San Francisco-based rock band. Their eponymous 1975 debut album included the single "White Punks on Dope," while their 1983 single "She's a Beauty" was a top-10 U.S. hit and its music video was frequently played in the early days of MTV. The Tubes also recorded several songs for movie soundtracks including Hardbodies, My Science Project, She's Out of Control and 1981 Chevy Chase Modern Problems they Wrote and Performed Gonna Get it Next Time. Which was a great song should have took off but The movie tanked. With no OST release the song was only heard on the movie. You had to get a VHS and rip it from the video.
I know cause thats how i had to get it back then.
