Install CFW and MultiMAN on your PS3
Transfer files to your PS3 internal HD by FTP with multiman
Put the PATCH on a USB memory stick root folder, connect USB to the PS3, start patch from "Install PKG" from XMB
Insert an original game disc in your PS3, open MultiMAN for load the game, enjoy!
NOTE: Do not put game on external HD before patching, only after patching move game to external!
