This course is open to beginners of all levels and wonderful for general yoga practitioners and teachers.
It is important to have a sturdy chair available (no wheels). Additional props that may be useful: Exercise mat, yoga blocks (or strong books), light hand weights (or soup cans), a yoga strap (or scarf) and a blanket.
