Better quality than the one in my Stephen King Frank Muller collection.
I took a look at my copy of this again since I havent in quite a while. I was able to remove alot of the tinny echo or dampen it so that it doesnt sound like a tunnel kinda, and the sharp highs around 10-15KHz and fluff up the low end so that it is not so tinny as well. I think it sounds closer to yours but for sure these ultra rare tapes were somewhat low quality.
