NOTE 1: FFmpeg somehow kept adding extra 26 frames into the final encode and causing audio delays. I had to use Vapoursynth instead and pipe into SVT-AV1.
NOTE 2: Also, audio now uses opusenc compiled with --enable-osce, which brings new ML stuff (LACE/NoLACE) that should improve audio quality during decoding for supported devices.
