This movie is more of a "Human story" rendition of a remake of D.H. Lawrence's
Lady Chatterley's lover originally written in novel form sorta idea. I'm making reference
to all the other versions I've seen of these movie attempts since. This one from France
gives much ore human warmth and a sense of genuine care between the main actors
whose lives are brought together over the impotence of a man to care for his wife
sexually, or in the idea of care which her saviour brings to her instead. Its probably
the best acted movie version of this particular title. This is the only quality
of it we have so far found, an avi 1GB version on the net was Russian dubbed
and offered no Russian subtitles option, which we would have been only to glad to add
to this list of what we found additionally to the english subs we started out with,
the rest required only minor start position adjustment, while the Italian subs required
more involved re-sync which we did for you, leaving out only a minute around the 1hr20min
mark of the program in-between for which no translation had been provided
in the 2CD version we started out with.
