Animosity remains between Greeks and Turks 200 years after the Ottoman Turks left Greece. Today the Greek and Turkish people know little about what the animosity is based on, and particularly the events of 1919-23.

This course covers who was responsible for the Greek Army landing in Turkey in 1919 and why the Greek Army went to Turkey.
