De 42-jarige Michael wil verandering is zijn leven. Wanneer hij hoort dat een nieuwe anti-depresiva
wordt getest, meldt hij zich aan als vrijwilliger. Zijn familie weet echter van niets. Omdat er
gevaarlijke bijwerkingen optreden, wordt besloten om met het testen te stoppen. Alleen neemt
Michael nog stug de pillen in. Hij verliest langzaam de controle en zijn onderdrukte instincten nemen
de overhand, wat resulteert in een golf van geweld.
