Children's yoga guru Marsha Wenig leads little ones in an energetic, music-filled workout that's all about having fun. Four of Wenig's young friends demonstrate easy-to-follow moves and lead catchy songs. Kids will learn fun positions created just for them, such as the volcano, snake, flamingo and lion.
