I bought the Collector’s Edition a while ago. It contains two discs and I ripped and converted both of them with VidCoder to mp4. Filesize in total: 1.4GB.

Disc One:
There Are No Innocent Bystanders Film plus subtitles in French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish and English.

Disc Two:
Extras which includes Rehearsal Tracks and Forum AAA Backstage Film, HMV Forum Film and Rehearsal AAA Film.
Unfortunately, there are no subtitles available for the second disc on the original DVD.
